You update the related time schedule in 4W, and add items for labor and materials. You assign a job owner to be responsible.
Throughout the job you assign tasks for yourself and your workers in 4W which sync with their work devices.
Each worker enters material costs and quantities, travel time and mileage and hours worked in 4W on his own device, which syncs automatically to your primary device allowing you to keep track of expenses and monitor overall job progress.
At the end of the job, after all payments have been received, you close the job and set the status to "Completed".
