Using 4W

Picture
The phone rings, but you are too busy to answer. 4W "Missed Call" notification allows you to call back when you are free.

Later, you follow up on missed calls. One is a potential customer who wants a quote for a job.

You grab Jay's details (4W: Who, What, Where, When) and note them down in 4W. You add a few notes about what he wants and agree to meet on site the next day.
You add the appointment to 4W and this displays in your calendar.

At the on site meeting, you add more details in 4W including timeline, requirements of the job, take some photos and add them to the job. You add a reminder for yourself to provide a quote.

Next day, you add the quote details to the 4W job and set the status to "Quote". You can even personalize the statuses - making them your own.

You call the customer via 4W contacts and discuss the quote. He approves the quote and you set the job status to "In progress".

You update the related time schedule in 4W, and add items for labor and materials. You assign a job owner to be responsible.

Throughout the job you assign tasks for yourself and your workers in 4W which sync with their work devices.
Each worker enters material costs and quantities, travel time and mileage and hours worked in 4W on his own device, which syncs automatically to your primary device allowing you to keep track of expenses and monitor overall job progress.
At the end of the job, after all payments have been received, you close the job and set the status to "Completed".
